Trailbuddy finds the descents of every run and the climb rate of every climb
Each climb and descent on a run shows its time, grade, climb or descent rate, grade-adjusted pace and share hiked, and keeps a history with your climb rate over time.
Climbs and descents → - Launch
Trailbuddy speaks your time on climbs you have run before
When you finish a climb or descent you have run before, Trailbuddy says your time, the gap to your best and your climb rate, and shows them on screen.
Climbs and descents → - Launch

Trailbuddy reads your step rate, the phone's motion and the grade every second and shows how much of each run and each climb you ran and hiked.

The Trails tab leads with your own routes and climbs
Your routes, climbs and descents come first, and trail areas show only when some are within 25 km of you.

Trailbuddy compares each lap only with laps of the same loop
Run a short and a long loop from the same trailhead and Trailbuddy ranks every lap against laps of its own loop, so a short lap never counts as your best on the long one.
