Know how far every pair has gone, and when to retire it.

Trailbuddy records the pair you ran in, counts the kilometers on each one and reminds you when it's time for a new pair.

Trail shoes wear out on rock and roots long before the upper looks tired. Pick the pair when you start a run and Trailbuddy keeps the count for you.

Reminder when a pair reaches its retirement distance

600 km

Retirement distance until you set your own

Trailbuddy counts every kilometer

Add each pair once, with the kilometers already on it. Pick the pair on the run setup screen; Trailbuddy offers the last pair you ran in first. Trailbuddy adds every finished run to that pair's total, so the count always matches your runs.

Retire a pair on time

Set a retirement distance for each pair, or keep the 600 km Trailbuddy starts with. Once a pair reaches it, Trailbuddy shows a reminder on your shoes list and a note on the run setup screen when you pick that pair. For every pair you see its runs, its kilometers and how close it is to retirement.

A running tracker

Roughly 600 km, maybe

You work out the mileage from the day you bought them and the state of the lugs.

Trailbuddy

612 km in 58 runs

Trailbuddy counts every run in the pair and reminds you at the 700 km you set.

Every run knows its shoes

The pair stays on the run, so you can look back and see which shoes carried your fastest loop and which ones you save for the long days.
